The Service Delivery Admin is passionate about workflow process creation, management, and execution. Updating Asset information (alert sent by Coordinator)Ĭomplete Quarterly/Annual self-evaluationsĪttend in office/off site training/team/company meetings Recruiting for new vendors as needed (reactive/proactive) Update vendor profiles on any changes/updates (rates, service area, color, organizational notes)Īssist other Dispatch/Coordinators & Supervisors as needed (certain status’ assigned by Manager) Understand the mechanical operations of HVAC and refrigeration units Negotiate rates and prices for labor/travel charges IVR Check In/Out, Update Double Systems - Update clients consistently on work order status Maintain consistent contact with vendors to meet appropriate ETA’s (time frame window for service) Inbound/Outbound phone calls/Answering Group LineĬommunicate effectively with vendors, client and managersĭispatch assigned work orders (look in the history of previous work) - scheduling with vendor/client The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for setting up calls according to client needs and expectations with vendors to complete the job successfully
